It's official; our new (Central Iowa) meeting location is the Holiday Inn, Mercy Campus in Downtown Des Moines, for the foreseeable future (estimated from 2 to 6 months).  

NOTE: Pre-registration cutoff is THURSDAY of the week BEFORE the meeting -- e.g. by midnight on April 23 (correction on the day-date combo).  We must provide meal counts.  If we don't have your registration, we won't be ordering a meal.   There will still be a meeting fee, whether you eat or not, so ... better to order and take it home, if you don't want to eat.      

A Clarification on Free Guest Passes.   Our DOT ORG system is designed by a developer other than IaREIA.  That developer does not serve food at events, soooo, as a guest, there is no big diff in costs for them.  We cannot defeat the "Free Guest Pass" feature, so for us, since there is a $25 hit for each attendee, guests may attend one time for free, yet that FREE GUEST PASS does not include the meal.  You've heard it said, "There are no free lunches in this world" -- it's true.  Sorry for any confusion caused by our "Free Guest Pass" option, but it's out of our control.   If you have registered for the meeting as a Guest yet want a meal, we may have an extra but there will be a charge, based on when you registered.
