The registration fee includes lunch. A CEU Certificate will be available from the Iowa Association of Realtors (online) or in print, if necessary. CEU's are for 1) Realtor license renewal (approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission) and 2) count toward the IaCHP (Iowa Certified Housing Professional) designation awarded by IaREIA-ILA.
Michele is an instructor for the Crime Free Multi-Housing program in both Des Moines and West Des Moines, and has managed complexes of significant size (in excess of 1,000 units).
